Langtang Valley Trek with Heli return starts with a long drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, which is the gateway to Langtang National Park. The journey takes around 7 to 8 hours by jeep, and the road passes through several small towns and scenic landscapes.

The drive takes you through the winding road, providing you with breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges, including the Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lirung, and Dorje Lakpa. The road crosses several suspension bridges over the Trishuli River and passes through the lush green hills of Langtang National Park.

Finally, you will reach Syabrubesi, a small town situated on the banks of the Langtang River. The town is the starting point of the Langtang Valley Trek, where you will spend the first night in a local tea house.

The journey from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi is a long but rewarding one, providing you with a glimpse of the beautiful Nepali countryside and setting the tone for the rest of your Langtang Helicopter Return Trek.

After a hearty breakfast at our lodge in Syabrubesi, we start our trek towards Lama Hotel. The trail gradually ascends through a dense forest, following the Langtang Khola (river) upstream. We pass through small villages and settlements, encountering friendly locals along the way. We cross a suspension bridge and continue uphill until we reach Bamboo, where we stop for lunch.

After lunch, we continue our trek, following the river and ascending further. The trail becomes steeper and more challenging, with numerous switchbacks and rocky sections. We pass through beautiful forests of oak, rhododendron, and bamboo, and may spot some wildlife along the way, such as langur monkeys and Himalayan Thar.

As we reach the end of the day's trek, we arrive at Lama Hotel, a small village situated at an altitude of 2380 meters. The village is surrounded by beautiful forests and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We check into our lodge and enjoy a hot dinner, followed by a restful night's sleep in preparation for the next day's trek.

After having breakfast at Lama Hotel, we will continue our trek towards Langtang. We will follow the Langtang Khola, crossing several suspension bridges and passing through lush forests of oak and rhododendron.

Along the way, we will pass through small settlements such as Gumanchok, Ghoda Tabela, and Thangshyap, which offer amazing views of Langtang Lirung and other snow-capped peaks. We will stop for lunch at a teahouse in Ghoda Tabela.

After lunch, we will continue our trek, passing through the beautiful village of Langtang, which was devastated by the earthquake in 2015 but has since been rebuilt. The village is inhabited by the Tamang people, who are known for their rich culture and hospitality.

We will reach Langtang by the late afternoon, where we will check into a teahouse for the night. Langtang is a beautiful village surrounded by snow-capped peaks and offers amazing views of the valley. In the evening, we can explore the village and interact with the locals.

On day 4 of the Langtang Valley trek with helicopter return, you will trek from Langtang (3430m) to Kyanjing Gumpa (3870m). This is a relatively short trek of around 3-4 hours, but the elevation gain is significant, so it may be challenging. You will pass through beautiful rhododendron forests and cross several streams and suspension bridges along the way.

Once you arrive in Kyanjing Gumpa, you will have the opportunity to explore the area. You can take a hike to Langtang glacier, which is a spectacular sight to behold. The glacier is a vast expanse of ice and snow, surrounded by towering peaks. The hike to the glacier is around 3-4 hours round-trip.

Alternatively, you can take a hike to Kyanjin Ri, which is a peak that offers stunning panoramic views of the Langtang range. The hike to Kyanjin Ri is around 5-6 hours round-trip, but the views from the top are well worth the effort.

After your hike, you can explore the Kyanjing Gumpa village, which is a quaint and charming place with several lodges and a cheese factory. You can sample some of the local cheese, which is made from yak milk and is a specialty of the region.

The fourth day of the Langtang Valley trek with helicopter return is an exciting day filled with hiking, exploration, and breathtaking views. Stay overnight at a local teahouse.

After an adventurous trekking journey in the beautiful Langtang region, it's time to head back to Kathmandu. Instead of trekking all the way back, we will be taking a helicopter ride from Kyanjing.

We will start our day with breakfast at the teahouse in Kyanjing. Then, we will board the helicopter and enjoy a scenic flight over the Langtang valley. The breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, and Tibetan peaks, will be a lifetime memory.

The helicopter will drop us off at the airport in Kathmandu. From there, we will transfer to the hotel and rest for the day. In the evening, we can explore the vibrant streets of Thamel and celebrate the successful completion of our Langtang valley with helicopter return trek.

Our team guides, porters and accompanying staff are locals with a broad knowledge about each and every location that we travel through.
