Our Travel With Confidence policy outlines the measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, and to give our clients peace of mind when booking with us.

Health and Safety Protocols

We have implemented strict health and safety protocols in accordance with the "Safe Travels" global protocols and stamp for the new normal established by the WTTC. This includes regular disinfection of our equipment and facilities, mandatory use of masks and sanitizers, and daily health checks for our staff.

Flexible Booking Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have made our booking policy more flexible in accordance with the "Safe Travels" global protocols. We offer free date changes and cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the trek, and full refunds for cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Small Group Tours

We limit our group sizes to a maximum of 10 people, in accordance with the "Safe Travels" global protocols. We believe that smaller groups provide a safer and more personalized trekking experience.

Experienced Guides

Our guides are highly trained and experienced in trekking and first aid, and adhere to the "Safe Travels" global protocols. They are equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle any situation that may arise, including COVID-19 related emergencies.

Private Transportation

We provide private transportation to and from the trekking trails, in accordance with the "Safe Travels" global protocols. This reduces the risk of exposure to other travelers.

Pre-Trek Health Screening

Before the start of the trek, all clients will undergo a health screening in accordance with the "Safe Travels" global protocols. Those who show symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to join the trek.
